The Tranquil Unity of Purpose
My love of elephants stems from my childhood, and I have truly come to treasure this mighty animal and it’s many wonderful qualities. We can learn much from their treatment of each other. Elephants are know to be excellent in guiding their young. They move in an extended family group run by a matriarch. Everyone is cared for, from young calf to senior members of the herd. Calves are protected and indulged. They are taught everything from where to find food and water, to how to protect themselves from danger. Just caring, loving animals in general.
